Shipping policy
All physical orders are shipped from Germany via DHL. In some cases, DHL may hand off the final leg of delivery to a local partner courier — this does not affect tracking or delivery of your order.
Processing time
We aim to hand over most orders to DHL within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because DHL does not operate on weekends, and due to occasional scheduling constraints on our side, processing can in some cases take up to 5 business days. We do our best to keep this to a minimum and will contact you if there is an unusual delay.
Delivery time
Once shipped, typical delivery times are:
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 2–8 business days, depending on destination
- Outside the European Union: typically longer, and may be extended by customs processing (see below)
These are estimates based on DHL's standard service, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authorities. For orders shipped to the United States, these are collected directly at checkout so you will not be charged anything extra on delivery. For other non-EU destinations, any duties or import taxes are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority upon or before delivery; these charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order or shipping cost.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at igorklimintattoo@gmail.com with your order number, and we will look into it with DHL.
